First CRTD-Retreat in Annaberg-Bucholz

Our first retreat took place October 27-29 in Annaberg-Buchholz, a town in the Erz Mountains (Erzgebirge). The retreat was a possibility for members of the CRTD to discuss in depth about individual research projects within the CRTD and come up with innovative ideas. In ten sessions and more than 30 single talks, the current research around regenerative therapies in basic and clinical research was presented. After a day filled with exciting presentations and discussions everyone enjoyed a relaxing diner. See you all on the next CRTD-retreat!

The CRTD will receive a sum of 1.5 million Euros annually for up to five years in addition to the five million Euros for the DFG Research Center.
