Tatiana Sandoval Guzmán is the new group leader for “Animal Models of Regeneration”


The CRTD is pleased to announce that former CRTD Postdoc Tatiana Sandoval Guzmán, PhD, started as a research group leader at the CRTD on January 1, 2017. “Our long-term goal is to build an understanding of regeneration, alternating between organisms with high regenerative potential and ones with very limited regeneration”, she explains. Before Tatiana Sandoval Guzmán worked as Postdoc at the CRTD (2010-2016), she held positions as Postdoctoral Fellow at the Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm (Sweden, 2005-2009) and obtained her Ph.D. from the University of Arizona (USA, 1998-2003).
